Your order delivery is made by courier service or by post to the adress you entered in shipping adress form.
Delivery time is calculated based on available stocks: between 24 hours and 7 days.
The cost of expedition is 20 lei and for orders over 300 delivery is free.

Return policy
In case you bought a product and that is not right for you or you are not satisfied with it, you have the right to return it within 30 days of its receipt, except in cases when this time is extended unilaterally by NICHI CRISTINA NICHITA for that product.
The payment of the sum of the product you returned , will be made by NICHI CRISTINA NICHITA in 14 days after we receive the product.Return policy submit provisions of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in the framework of contracts concluded with the professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts.
To return a product, it is necessary to complete the form received in the package with the order. You have to send it via email (Contact@nichi.ro) and one of our operators will contact you as soon as possible.

You have to make the payment by bank transfer based on the information you will find on the return form.
What conditions must meet the products to be returned:
1. Products must not show any sort of damage, to be in the initial quantity and in their original packaging.
2. The products must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which you received the order.
In the case where the products are customize, being worked by the dimensions of the customer, NICHI CRISTINA NICHITA shall proceed in accordance with the article in the law article 10, C/OG 130/200 ("the consumer may not denounce this the following types of contracts"), which states: "contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products, as well as of those who, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or damage the fast".

If the size of the product doesn't fit you, you can return it and require another size. If the size you want is not available , you can choose another product and you can pay the difference if it is necessary.
